Who Operates This Site
This website, letit-ride.com, is operated by [OPERATOR NAME], [OPERATOR POSTAL ADDRESS]. If you have a question about this policy or about how the site handles information, write to contact@letit-ride.com.
The site is a free informational guide to the casino game Let It Ride, together with a play-for-fun demo table. It is not a casino, it does not offer real-money gambling, and it is not affiliated with any gambling operator.
What This Site Does Not Collect
The clearest way to describe this site’s data handling is to start with everything that is absent:
- No user accounts and no logins. There is nothing to register for, so there are no names, usernames or passwords held anywhere.
- No payment data. The site takes no payments and processes no card, bank or wallet details.
- No analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no Hotjar and no equivalent product measuring your visit.
- No advertising or tracking pixels. The site carries no advertising and no third-party marketing tags.
- No cookies of its own. The site sets no cookies whatsoever.
What remains is described in the sections below: the access logs any web server keeps, one third-party font service, and a single browser storage entry that records a choice you make.
Server Access Logs
Like effectively every web server on the internet, the server hosting this site records a line for each request it receives. Those access logs typically contain:
- the IP address the request came from;
- the date and time of the request;
- the URL requested and the response the server gave;
- the browser’s user-agent string, which names the browser and operating system;
- the referrer, where the browser sends one — the page you arrived from.
These logs exist so the site can be operated and kept working: diagnosing errors, seeing that pages are being served correctly, and identifying abuse such as automated scraping or attacks. They are a normal server operation rather than a tracking system — they are not combined with anything else, not used to build a profile of you, and not used for advertising or measurement.
Google Fonts
There is one genuine third party involved in loading this site. The pages request stylesheets from fonts.googleapis.com and font files from fonts.gstatic.com, both operated by Google, so the site can display its typefaces.
When your browser fetches those files, it makes a direct connection to Google’s servers. As with any such request, Google receives your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string, along with the fact that a font was requested. That happens between your browser and Google; this site does not see or receive anything as a result of it. What Google does with that information is governed by Google’s own policy, which you can read at policies.google.com/privacy.
The Consent Choice
So that the site can remember your answer and stop asking, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage under the key lir-consent, with a value of either accepted or declined. The Daily Challenge page saves a second entry, lir-daily, holding your results, streak and statistics for that game. Those two entries are the only things this site stores in your browser, and neither is sent anywhere.
Local storage is not a cookie. The important practical difference is that it is never transmitted to the server: unlike a cookie, it is not attached to requests, so the value stays in your browser and this site never receives it. It contains no identifier for you, and it is not shared with anyone.
Clearing your browser’s storage for this site removes the entry, and the notice will appear again on your next visit. The cookies and local storage page sets this out in more detail.
The Demo Game
The play-for-fun table on the homepage runs entirely in your browser. It uses no real money and no stakes; the balance it displays is a counter with no value. It stores nothing and sends nothing — hands are not saved, results are not recorded, and nothing about your play is transmitted anywhere. Reloading the page starts over.
Children
This site is not directed at people under 18. Its subject is a casino game, and gambling content is for adults. The site does not knowingly collect information from children, and since it has no accounts and no forms of registration, there is nothing for a visitor of any age to submit.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, data protection law may give you rights over personal information held about you. In general terms these include the right to access what is held, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to ask for its erasure, and to object to a particular use of it.
To exercise any of these, write to contact@letit-ride.com describing what you are asking for. Please note the practical limit: because this site holds no accounts and no profiles, the only record that could relate to you is a server log line, which can normally only be located if you can supply enough detail — such as an IP address and an approximate time — to identify it.
The governing law and the supervisory authority for this site are those of [JURISDICTION].
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated as the site changes. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised, and it is the quickest way to tell whether anything has moved since you last read it.
To be explicit about the most likely change: the site does not currently use cookies for advertising or analytics. If that ever changes, this policy and the on-site notice will be updated before any such cookie or script is added, not afterwards.
- No accounts, no payments, no analytics, no advertising, no cookies set by this site.
- Standard server access logs, kept to run and protect the site.
- Google Fonts receives your IP address and user-agent — unless you decline, in which case the fonts are not requested.
- Two local storage entries — lir-consent and lir-daily — which never leave your browser.
